About Your Coach:

My name is Elizabeth (Liz) Stevenson and I'm an Exercise Science major. My minors are in Psychology, Biology, and German Studies. I plan on acquiring a Master's degree to become a Registered Dietician that specializes in sports performance &/or eating disorders. As of now, I’m currently certified as a Nutrition Coach by NASM.

I’m also a track cyclist with the National team. I’ve been cycling for 8 years, and racing for 7 years. Track cycling is my primary discipline, but I have a lot of experience with road cycling as well. I’ve also tried mountain biking, BMX cycling, and even raced some cyclocross. My biggest track cycling accomplishments include medaling at the Pan American Championships in Argentina in the Team Pursuit, and being named onto the Pan American Games roster for the Team Pursuit. I'm also the current Elite, U23, and Collegiate 3K Individual Pursuit Track Cycling National Champion.

Besides cycling, my hobbies include cooking, hiking, gardening, listening to music, and hanging out with friends.

I’ve seen great results, both as a cyclist and as a person, from the help and dedication of my coaches. Therefore, I decided to create Nutrispoke Coaching as a way to help others achieve their goals in their health, wellness, and cycling journeys.
